We provide event packages for all types of events! Our offerings span from basic bartender services complemented by our signature wooden satellite bar to comprehensive packages crafted to exceed expectations by delivering attention to detail for all events. With three distinct package options available, detailed information about each is provided below. Pricing will be determined based on factors such as event size, location, duration, and the selected package.
We are a dry hire business, meaning we do not provide the alcohol. Client must purchase all sprirts.
Bartender Only Package
The "Bartender Only" package is for those who have everything ready and only need a bartender and a bar. If the satellite bar is not needed, this package can be customized to fit your events needs.
Cactus Package
The "Cactus Package" is the most convenient package for all types of events. Let us handle ALL your bar needs. This package will offer complete services, supplies, alcohol consultation.
Premium Package
The "Premium Package" includes everything offered in the "Cactus Package", as well as premium add-on services to elevate any event.

Cactus Package
The most convenient package for all types of events
Whether you’re too busy planning your event, want to have the best hospitality for you guest, or simply don't need the added stress of gathering bartending supplies, we’ll take care of it all! Our Cactus Package takes one less thing off your plate and helps alleviate the stress of your event planning. This convenient package comes with set-up and breakdown, Title 4 certified bartender, specialty cocktails and wine and beer service, disposable drinkware, napkins, straws, cocktail mixers, garnishes, custom menu, ice, satellite mobile bar, alcohol consultation, and insurance.

Premium Package

This customizable package is ideally suited for those seeking a tailored mobile bartending experience, particularly for larger events such as weddings and corporate events. In addition to the offerings detailed in the 'Cactus Package,' this option includes features like an infused water station, a dedicated tea and lemonade station, personalized cups, an upgraded acrylic menu, and customized stir sticks. The flexibility of this package allows for further customization to precisely align with the unique requirements of your event
